The meaning of life is the meaning you give it. Does existence need a meaning or is ” just is” enough?

People often terrorize themselves with thinking are they ‘good enough’ and they don’t have to seek approval from anyone except from themselves. And they need their own meaning of life to live – not somebody else’s.
